*** I have completely revised my first impression of Elevate. The manager addressed my concerns, offered a new cup of coffee and a refund if desired, as well as a very informative conversation on how the coffee was processed and their desire for each and every client to be completely satisfied. I was very impressed! I accepted the new cup of coffee and, although not my favorite, it was more than acceptable. I highly recommend this company. :) Con tanto esperanza fui a elevate. Su atención era excellent, gracias Vanesa por todo lo que hizo. Mi dio un poco cafe por elegir cual debo comprar. El primero era tan tan acido que no pude aguantarlo. Hizo otra que con sabor de chocolate... era un poco mejor y por la esperanza que en mi casa seria mejor, lo compré. Era muy caro, 95 B por 250 g. En la casa, hecho una taza. No puede aguantarlo otra ves. Lo di uno amigo que quiere probarlo. Tambien, era feo. No se como cambio; por recité or? Pero compra nuca mas. After seeking recommendation for GOOD coffee, I arrived at Elevate with much anticipation. Vanesa was very attentive and did all she could to help me make a decision on what type of coffee to purchase. I asked for a sample and was given the same coffee that was used in their shop to create their products. I took a few sips and it was so acidic I could not finish it. It truly was horrible. I told Vanesa the same, so she offered a different kind. I tried that coffee and thought, well it’s better. Maybe when I grind at home it will be ok. I purchased it; very expensive at 95 B for 250grams. The next morning I made my first cup and tried to drink it . It was not palatable. I ended up dumping it out. The next day I offered it to a friend to see if maybe it was just my issue. He later informed me that he too could not stomach it. Previously my friend had told me that Elevate was the BEST he had tried in Cochabamba. It was very disappointing to find out that the recipe had been changed so dramatically. I advised him to throw it out. Again, Vanesa was GREAT! It is unfortunate the coffee wasn’t. *** thank you for your response. I am use to grinding my own beans and prefer a strong coffee. I have used several types from the U.S. and have never experienced the unpleasant flavor that came from Elevate’s coffee. As I mentioned, several people had given great reviews for your coffee; including the friend I gave the beans to. He was very surprised at the flavor, even tried to ‘mix’ it with other coffee to tone down the flavor. It didn’t work. He felt it tasted burnt. Vanesa told me that the beans I purchased had just recently been toasted; very fresh. Perhaps it was specifically that one batch. I am very willing to try a cup prepared by your staff. Our orthodontist is close to your store and it would be no trouble to stop by after one of our visits. Would you send me a WhatsApp number I could communicate with? Again, I appreciate your response. That alone raises the review rating to 5. :)

Fue por casualidad que entramos al local, iba con mi mamá y mis hijas, el aroma a café recién molido nos dejó cautivados.. Todo, absolutamente todo delicioso, el ambiente cálido y el trato super amable, sin duda alguna, uno de los mejores cafés que tomé en la ciudad.
